Thoughtfully created with comfort and tranquility in mind, the space offers a quiet retreat in the heart of the Peak District from the demands of everyday life.

In Person

In person therapy allows offers you the opportunity of being in a nutural and supportive environment where the focus can be solely on you.

Online

Online therapy offers you the opportunity to stay in your familiar surroundings and still receive professional support - conveniently and without having to travel far.

Telephone

Telephone therapy offers you the opportunity to participate in therapy at a time and place that suits and supports you.
